The resort offers indoor and outdoor activities sure to keep guests happy. Two major hot springs are on property offering guests the opportunity to experience the famous mineral waters as President Thomas Jefferson did in 1818. Also available is a two-acre water park, 2 nationally ranked golf courses, and a full service spa like no other.

Since our time at the Homestead is scheduled during the “peak” fall season rooms are limited. If you have not re-served your room yet, please do so as soon as possible by calling 800-838-1766. Ask for NUCA Group Rate -$260.00/night. Group rate honored 2 days pre/post conference dates. Resort charge is 15% per night to include gratuities for housekeeping staff, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pools, nightly movies, southern social hour, in room internet, on property transportation and complimentary valet parking for all NUCA guests.

Reservations for dinner on Thursday night and for Spa appointments at the Homestead must be made in advance by calling the concierge at 540-839-1766.
Plan to attend the Special Friday night Dinner at the Homestead Gun Club and enjoy a gourmet cookout on top of the mountain with a spectacular foliage view, a fire pit, and networking with your fellow NUCA members! This Dinner is included in your conference registration!
Business casual is acceptable dress for most Conference activities at the Homestead. Logo wear is encouraged for our education sessions and the Welcome Reception. Collared shirts, slacks and soft spikes for golf. Outdoor protective ear and eye protection must be worn at the Skeet Shoot event. Jackets and ties and dinner dresses are encouraged for the President’s Reception and the Awards Banquet on Saturday evening.
Tickets and Badges:
Each registrant will receive two drink tickets for use at the Welcome Reception on Thursday night. Only registered attendees will receive drink tickets. For those registered to attend the President’s Reception and Awards Banquet, an additional two drink tickets will be inserted into your name badge sleeve. A red dot on your name badge will indicate that you have registered/paid for the Saturday evening Banquet Dinner. Seating is limited to our registered attendees and guests. Please wear your name badge to all events. (Separate drink tickets will be provided for the Friday Night Dinner)
